You can delete your Diamonds Tester account and its associated data at any time. Just send us a request from the email address you signed up with, and we will remove everything.
How to request deletion
- 1.Open your email app on the account you registered with.
- 2.Email us at the address below with the subject “Delete my Diamonds Tester account”.
- 3.We verify the request came from your account email, then delete your account and data.

Sending from your registered email lets us confirm it is really you. We complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner) and email you when it is done.
What gets deleted
- •your profile (email, display name and avatar);
- •your scan history and saved gemstones;
- •your community posts, comments, likes and follows;
- •your credit balance and preferences.
What we may keep briefly
A small amount of data may be retained only where necessary:
- •limited transaction or billing records we are legally required to keep;
- •anonymised, non-identifying data used for security and abuse prevention;
- •content others have already interacted with may be shown as “deleted user” until it clears.
